Can I return or exchange my purchase?

For items purchased through HENCEVISION, returns and exchanges are possible for all products that meet the following conditions:

· In new, unopened condition
· Within 30 days from the date of item receipt
· Without engraving or embossing

Is there a shipping fee for returning the item?

The shipping fee for returns and exchanges will be covered by HENCEVISION.

When will I receive a refund?

A refund will be processed within one month after the product has been received by HENCEVISION.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

How long does it take to receive the replacement item?

If the replacement item is in stock, it will be shipped approximately one week after the return item arrives. If the item is not in stock, additional time may be required for arrangement.
